Background of Senior Management:

CEO: Edward N. Moore

Background: Edward has a diversified background beginning with investment banking, consulting with new start-up communication companies, and making strategic partnerships.  He has worked with companies such as Corporate Telemanagement Group which became LCI International which became Qwest Communications.

Edward founded Carolina Communications Network, Inc., on November 22, 1996, in the state of South Carolina.  This company was awarded Top New Distributor of the Year for Qwest Communications in 1997.  This was a national award.

In 1998, Edward worked as the initial distributor for OmniCall.  OmniCall was formed as a CLEC.  CLEC stands for competitive local-exchange carrier.  OmniCall was sold to Access One Communications in 2000.  Access One Communications was purchased by Talk.Com within a few months of the OmniCall acquisition.  As a result of these successful mergers, Edward has been offered positions in new up-start communication companies.

In February 2001, Edward merged the company he personally founded, Carolina Communications Network, Inc., into Windstream.  Edward worked with Windstream through the transition process until February 2002.

Currently, Edward has moved forward with his vision of the current Data/Telecommunications Sector, Networking Sector, Smart Home Technology Sector, and Web-Site Development Sector.  In February of 2002, Edward founded NET.COM Broadband Services, Inc.  Edward is the Chairman & CEO.

NET.COM Broadband Services, Inc., is the holding company for four subsidiaries.  The subsidiaries are: RCI network division of NET.COM, CRS website division of NET.COM, ARC telephone division of NET.COM, and TAW smart home division of NET.COM.

Through this holding company, NET.COM Broadband Services, Inc., Edward believes business customers can receive and attain the proper management of all their communications needs.

In short, Edward emphasizes the mission statement for NET.COM Broadband Services, Inc.  The mission statement is "To provide our customers in eastern South Carolina and beyond the finest data/telecommunications products, systems design, installation, training, network services, website development, document management, and maintenance/value added consultation support... Thus to grow through the Value we ADD to our Customers’ resources."

Senior V.P. National Accounts: Charlton L. Butler

Background: Charlton commands a vast knowledge of diversified clients, companies and accomplishments regarding Local, National and Global Markets. Charlton's accomplishments correlate to his affiliation with the major firms of Fletcher, Barnhardt, & White (Charlotte, NC), HALO Industries (Chicago, IL) and SEALINK-Global (AUS & Japan). Charlton also worked on communication (advertising/marketing) projects for major campaigns including NASCAR, Maersk International (Copenhagen, Sweden), Perstorp Corp. (Copenhagen, Sweden), Clinique (NYC), Vogue Magazine (NYC), ARIAT International and NIKON (Tokyo-Japan).

Personal: Charlton is the proud father of two sons: US NAVY, Charlton Butler, Jr. and Fraser Butler, as well as two Chocolate Labradors - "Betty Boops" and "Charlotte's Web"..

Background: Yvette hails from sunny California where the value of good communication skills was learned at an early age. She has carried this early life lesson into her business today. Yvette mixed early academics with fashion and was the regional coordinator for many Designers in the Los Angeles area. Coordinating the needs of customers and the demands of the market kept her on top of her game.
